Refund & Return Policy

Generally, merchandise purchased in store or on awebict.net can be returned or exchanged within fifteen (15) days of purchase with or without a receipt. Below are exceptions to the general fifteen (15) day rule. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund if you have purchased the product over fifteen (15) days ago. All of the exceptions listed below require the merchandise to be returned with a receipt.

Refund is only provided when:
• The product you purchased from us contains bugs.
• The product you purchased from us is not working as advertised on our website. This should be confirmed by our staff.

Refund is not provided when:
• The product is not working due to environmental issues, unmet product requirements, conflicts which occurred due to customization, or third party product conflicts.
• The product works as described in our site and is free of bugs.
• The product does not fit the need of the customer. We provide demonstration models for all our products. Customers should check the demonstration model and decide whether the product meets their needs or not.

Please Note: The fifteen (15) day money-back guarantee is valid for credit-card payments only. Due to the costs associated with processing payments made by other methods, we are not able to offer the fifteen (15) day money-back guarantee for other payment methods. In case we need to check anything, it is your responsibility to provide access to our products on your server, or provide a common staging server. Our refund policy is subject to change at any time without notice. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review this policy periodically.
